Another season coming to a close

We are starting to see the end of the 2006 rodding season. For me the end of the season culminates with the Street Rod Nationals North at the Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds in Kalamazoo, Michigan on September 15-17th. I usually do not go to any shows after that date.

So for me this is the big event of the year. It also means that winter will soon be here. For you guys and gals on the west coast that's when the rain comes down frozen and stays there for 3 months. You also don't have near the down time without a show to go to. Around here that means time to go into the shop and work on projects for the winter. Or make trips to the weekend indoor swap meets that seem to get fewer and fewer every year.

This year I will be doing things a little different. I started school about 3 months ago. So I will be doing school work instead of playing with cars.

So if you are planning to go to the Zoo for the show I hope to see you there. If not I hope what ever you have planned is just as much fun. Enjoy the last events of the season and hope to see you all in the Spring. As always you can find me hanging out here on the forums
