log out/in

Fat Cat,
I have a similar problem. When I come back to the forum directly thru the forum page or the Rodders Roundtable Forum page all the icons for the messages and the avatars don't show up. It shows that I am on-line at the top of the page with who ever is on-line. If I click on the Log Out box then the screen refreshes and all the boxes are filled in. It does not go thru any type of log out message. I'm using the latest Explorer browser thru a dial up modem.
