What new car would you want? What old car? New I would buy a Bentley Continental. I have lusted for one for 40 years. And even a ten year old one is in the $80,000 range for a nice one. For an old car 1937 Cord Beverly sedan. I have always thought it was the most beautiful car made at that time, and it has worn well with time. Now days that is out of my range too.

That 9 second demon would be nice ! Honestly I would rather build an old car than buy one . My favourite uncle always wanted a 36 Hudson teraplane coupe , I guess I would get one of those to find out what it was he loved about them .

Favorite hot rod would be one very similar to the NSRA giveaway car last year.

I am not much on the newer stuff, but I have always like the Vipers.

This topic will let my feeble mind run wild for a few days. Maybe I'll have an interesting answer. Smile

I want one of everything Santa.

I'll have to think on it otherwise.

couple of the HellCat Dodge versions. Seems like it could be fun for a while.

Old car? Tough one to nail down just one. Cord would be interesting.

Or: Perhaps one of the olde cars Jay Leno has with an Aircraft Merlin engine for power

A Speed 33 with a hemi.
Still a little out of my price range!
I'll buy another lottery ticket.

DEFINATELY a 40 ford coupe, deep black with red wheels and red interior. New...probably a Camero, not much of a vet fan!

My first pick would be a 57 or 59 Ford Retractable, new from the factory would be nice. I had a rust bucket 57 in HS, and wish I'd kept it. Don't know if my second pick will be newer or older...

Well, I'm not much of a dreamer, I rather just have the money.

But if I had to buy a new car to keep and not resell and not a new build turn key hot rod, I'd probably go for a Z06 Corvette.

As for an old car restored and again not a turn key hot rod, I'd go for a stock 32 Ford Tudor Sedan. A little something like this.

Old car: I would probably go for a '41 Willy's with a tricked out LS engine.
New car: an S-class Mercedes for taking long trips.

I'd want four cars in my garage:
--Brand new Mustang GT350
--1969/70 Mustang OR 1969 Cougar restomod/pro touring
--1967 Chevelle SS, also modified
--1933/34 Ford coupe

And maybe a pickup truck just to have a hauler.
